Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Analyst for LATAM, based in Colombia, to manage payroll for regional employees in English and Spanish. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal guidelines while coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.

You will work with local and international People & Culture teams and maintain data in payroll tools and HRIS to support a smooth employee experience. This role offers growth in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in payroll management and onboarding processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle for LATAM employees.
• Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.
