Numerator Career Center is seeking a Benefits Specialist to lead design, administration, and communication of employee benefits across LATAM. The role, based in Colombia, partners with HR teams to ensure compliant, market-competitive offerings tailored to local needs.

You will oversee statutory social security, healthcare, pension plans, and leave entitlements while navigating diverse labor frameworks across Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru.

Responsabilidades

• Lead benefits strategy and administration across LATAM region.
• Manage country-specific statutory benefits and social security obligations.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate plan designs and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with labor codes, tax laws, and social security mandates in LATAM.
• Develop multilingual benefits communication materials and trainings.
