Worldpanel is seeking a Benefits Analyst to design, administer, and communicate employee benefits across LATAM from Colombia. You will partner with HR teams to ensure compliance with local laws, competitiveness, and alignment with regional business needs.

The role covers statutory programs, healthcare, pensions, wellness, and leave entitlements. You will negotiate with vendors, manage cross-border relationships, and lead multilingual communications in Spanish and Portuguese.

Formación

• Experience in benefits administration with LATAM focus.
• Understanding of country-specific benefits and regulatory landscapes in LATAM.
• Experience in remote or distributed HR environments.
• Familiarity with LATAM payroll cycles and benefits integration.
• Fluency in Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS (ADP/Workday/SAP SuccessFactors).

Responsabilidades

• Lead benefits programs across LATAM, including healthcare, pension, life insurance and wellness.
• Tailor benefits to local needs using market data and benchmarks.
• Manage country-specific statutory benefits and social contributions.
• Partner with regional HR teams and brokers for design and pricing.
• Ensure SLAs and escalate with local vendor contacts as needed.
• Negotiate plan designs and pricing considering inflation and currency shifts.
