Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, HR Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, workforce operations, onboarding, or related fields.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
• Advanced skills with Power BI, Excel, Power Automate and Work Force DNA.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of global recruiting and onboarding dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Analyze operational metrics and adoption trends to identify insights.
• Develop KPI frameworks and reporting standards across regions.
• Translate data into concise recommendations for leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean, six sigma, or design thinking.
• Create playbooks and training materials to enable stakeholders.
