Responsabilidades

• Review end-to-end training requirements for new work, service expansion and projects.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and conduct refresher sessions based on KPIs and feedback.
• Deliver training aligned with process updates, projects and launches.
• Digitize training materials and promote digital excellence with online tools.
• Organize cross-functional engagements to strengthen partnerships and enhance employee experience.
• Lead calibration sessions with other teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Manage Knowledge Management for GS Operations to ensure governance.
