Family Entertainment Group LLC is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food, guest satisfaction, and efficient kitchen performance.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, manage labor and food costs, and support the restaurant’s success while upholding company standards.

Formación

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two or more years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining high service standards.
  • ServSafe®, HACCP, or other food safety certification preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining kitchen team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or company leadership.

Position Summary

The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the day-to-day culinary operations to ensure high-quality food, exceptional guest service, and efficient kitchen performance. This role leads and develops the kitchen team, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, manages labor and food costs, and supports the overall success of the restaurant while upholding Family Entertainment Group's operational and service standards.
