Job summary

Wet Willie's is hiring Cooks to work in all kitchen stations. You will prepare lunch and/or dinners and follow established recipes to ensure quality food output in a fast-paced environment.

An ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience, knowledge of nutrition, and a sanitation certification; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
• Able to work weekends and special holidays.
