Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a GL & Reporting Specialist in Bogotá to support daily reconciliations, analyze financial data, and ensure accuracy across accounts. You will collaborate with AP/AR teams and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work model near Gran Estación.

The role requires a finance-related degree (or in progress), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication in English (B1–B2). Monday–Friday with opportunities for extra hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
• Experience or strong interest in financial processes and bank reconciliations.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• English level: B1–B2.

Responsibilities

• Support daily reconciliation and analysis of financial information across accounts and internal systems.
• Validate and follow up on daily bank reconciliations and balance reviews.
• Ensure accurate income and expenses matching across AP/AR and internal records.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Maintain clear communication with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to accuracy and consistency of financial reporting.

KC Finance – GL & Reporting Specialist

You will support the daily reconciliation and analysis of financial information, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of income and expense records across bank accounts and internal systems.

How you create impact

• Perform analysis of bank accounts and financial transactions.
• Follow up on and validate daily bank reconciliations.
• Review and analyze balances between financial institutions and internal systems.
• Validate the correct daily matching and reconciliation of financial income and expenses.
• Analyze rejected payments related to Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Validate income related to Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and ensure appropriate follow-up until resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with internal customers and teams involved in financial processes.
• Support the accuracy and consistency of financial information and reporting.
