Job summary

Prysmian Group in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an HR professional to oversee comprehensive HR processes, including employee wellness and internal communications aligned with strategy and employer branding.

The role requires at least 2 years in HR, knowledge of personnel policies, analytics, wellbeing, and communications, plus English at B1 level. You will support vendor payments and offboarding, while monitoring audits and HR requests.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR processes.
• Knowledge of personnel management policies, analytics, wellbeing and communications.
• English at B1 level for reading and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement the annual employee wellness plan aligned with policies.
• Design and execute the annual internal communications plan.
• Support administration and processing of payments to HR vendors.
• Carry out offboarding of equipment and platforms for departed employees.
• Monitor audits and maintain control over HR requests on shared digital platforms.
