Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in Colombia is seeking an HR Payroll Analyst to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, following global and local procedures and country laws. You will manage data integrity, perform payroll checks, and coordinate with HR, finance and service providers to meet strict deadlines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields plus advanced English and Spanish, with intermediate Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economy, BBA or related.
• Advanced/Fluent English (B2+ or C1) and Spanish.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing in line with global and local standards.
• Coordinate with Transactions Analysts to ensure accurate payroll data and timely deadlines.
• Ensure payroll data interfaces correctly from internal applications to the payroll system.
• Code pay elements correctly for taxability and social contributions.
• Conduct checks, variance analysis and reconciliations prior to payroll finalization.
• Obtain payroll final approval and release salaries within timelines.
• Coordinate with HRPS, third parties and service providers on payroll processing.
• Respond to employee payroll queries to meet KPIs for Tier 2.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and local legislation.
• Maintain payroll records and quality controls for audits.
