Plata Card, a growing company in Colombia, invites you to join our Finance Team as a Finance Analyst. The role focuses on ensuring accurate transaction and cash flow reconciliations across our financial operations, collaborating with Accounting, Product teams, and external partners.

You will apply your SQL and Python skills to analyze large datasets, automate reconciliation processes, and support month-end closes while maintaining data integrity and timely reporting in a dynamic, international

Formación

• Experience with data reconciliation and financial data integrity.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data processing skills.
• English communication with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily and intraday reconciliations of transactions and cash flows.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare reconciliation data for accounting and month-end close.
• Automate reconciliation processes to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Product teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure timely completion of reconciliations.
• Work with data from multiple sources and systems.
