Job summary

Rapyd is seeking a SENA Apprentice in the Reconciliations area to support reconciliations, audits, and reporting across Latin America. The role includes handling tickets, bank statement support, and managing settlement files using tools like Simetrik, Tableau, and Looker.

Based in Bogotá, you will start under an apprenticeship contract, collaborate with finance teams, and contribute to KPI reporting and daily reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

• Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
• Reside in Bogotá or surrounding areas.
• Be available to start the productive stage.
• Be proactive and have strong assertive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle tickets related to discrepancies in transactions processed through the platform for payers.
• Download daily reconciliation reports from the reconciliation tool (Simetrik).
• Upload/download information, including invoices, reports, and settlement files.
• Download daily KPIs from Tableau and Looker.
• Generate alerts for discrepancies identified in daily bank and transaction reconciliations.
• Organize daily settlement files.
