Revolut Ltd in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking a Finance Services Manager (Reconciliation Specialist) to help maintain strong reconciliation controls and support global expansion. The role balances strategic oversight with hands-on execution within a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Product teams to identify trends, perform root-cause analyses, and explore automation opportunities to scale operations and ensure robust controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Controller or similar role in a fast-paced financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day operations.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Solid sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Control-oriented mindset and risk awareness.

We're looking for a Reconciliation Specialist who'll ensure robust controls are in place to support our global expansion, balancing long-term strategic thinking and day-to-day hands-on work.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and Product teams to ensure robust reconciliation controls
• Maintaining oversight of upcoming and overdue breaks, partnering with relevant teams to close them
• Performing root-cause analyses, optimising reconciliation where possible, and triaging problems requiring escalation to product teams
• Partnering with Product to identify trends causing breaks, and building long-term solutions
• Investigating and implementing opportunities for automation or process improvements to support scaling operations and expansion efforts
• Performing reconciliation testing of integration changes and new product releases

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Controller, or similar experience working in a fast-paced environment in financial services
• A good understanding of SQL
• The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day, hands-on operations
• The ability to communicate confidently and clearly with stakeholders of varying seniority
• A solid sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• A control-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Knowledge of local payments in Colombia, such as SEBRA, DCV, and Bre-b
• Familiarity with ACH
