You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Product teams to identify trends, perform root-cause analyses, and explore automation opportunities to scale operations and ensure robust controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Controller or similar role in a fast-paced financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day operations.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Solid sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Control-oriented mindset and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Product to maintain robust reconciliation controls.
• Oversee upcoming and overdue breaks; work with teams to close them.
• Perform root-cause analyses and optimize reconciliation; triage issues to product teams.
• Partner with Product to identify trends causing breaks and build long-term solutions.
• Identify automation or process improvements to scale operations and expansion.
• Conduct reconciliation testing of integration changes and new product releases.
