Instaleap is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead technology implementation projects across LATAM. The role focuses on delivering on time, within scope, and with quality, while coordinating with Deployment Specialists, Solutions Engineers, and client stakeholders.

You will manage timelines, risks and dependencies, guiding projects from kickoff through Go-Live and handover to Customer Success. English proficiency and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation, Delivery or a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate multiple technology implementation projects across LATAM, ensuring they are delivered on time, with quality and according to agreed scope.
• Work closely with Deployment Specialists and Solutions Engineers to keep projects organized, identify risks, resolve blockers and ensure clear next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering and Solutions, as well as technical and business stakeholders on the client side.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables and dependencies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support clients from the initial implementation phase through testing and Go-Live, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success.
• Act as a key point of escalation when projects face challenges, helping teams find solutions and keep implementations moving forward.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively, even in high-pressure or complex situations.
• Contribute to improving project management processes, team organization and overall deployment performance.

Your experience has been shaped by

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation, Delivery or a similar role.

• Experience managing technology projects, ideally involving software, SaaS, e-commerce, retail or digital solutions.

• Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations throughout a project lifecycle.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or similar frameworks.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly with technical or technology-related teams.

• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics or supply chain is a plus.

• English proficiency.
