Instaleap is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical vision and execution of our Internal Tools platform. You will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js, while acting as the bridge between Operations and Engineering.

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including experience leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS companies, marketplaces, or startup environments.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Engineering.
• Strong understanding of software security, observability, and engineering best practices.
• English level B2 or above.
