What's the role about?

We are searching for a dynamic Technical Leader for our internal development team for the creation of high-impact software tailored to our clients needs, this role would be responsible of ensuring success through the implementation of standardized methodologies and the organization's ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving team efficiency by integrating AI-powered tools to deliver software solutions. This role would initially need a \"hands-on approach to establish the technical foundations and will progressively transition to a high-level architectural/leadership role as the team escales.

What do we require from you?

• At least 2 years of proven experience leading an engineering team with the ability to mentor and refine delivery methodologies.


• Strong technical background as a Full Stack or Back End Engineer is a must.


• Advanced English level.


• Familiarity with AI tools for development to maximize a team's productivity.


• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related fields.


• Autonomy and initiative to drive internal projects from conception to completion.


• Team player, naturally oriented to knowledge transfer and mentoring others.


• Decision making skills, ensuring that every technical choice aligns with Devlane's long term business goals.
