WITHIN is seeking an entry-level Production Coordinator in Bogotá to keep creative work moving, manage asset flow between copywriters, designers, and motion designers, and ensure files are versioned and delivered on time. You will own payroll workflows in Wrapbook, manage onboarding, receipts, and post‑production scheduling, and coordinate calendars, travel, and per diem.

No prior production experience required, just organization and reliability.

Formación

• Exceptional organization and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail with numbers, dates and names.
• Clear, direct communication with crew, vendors, and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and production basics.

Responsabilidades

• Own payroll cycle in Wrapbook including project setup, onboarding, timecard collection, review and submission.
• Manage onboarding packets, tax forms, and vendor setup.
• Process and code card transactions, petty cash, and reimbursements to correct project/budget line.
• Keep calendars, travel, accommodations and per diem tracking, and ensure documentation is current.
