Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Jr. Asset Manager to support day-to-day management of digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will ensure assets are uploaded, tagged with metadata, and organized according to taxonomy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital asset management or related fields.
• Understanding of metadata and digital asset organization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in asset handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Upload approved digital assets into Adobe Asset Manager (AEM) DAM.
• Apply and validate metadata according to taxonomy, naming conventions, and standards.
• Ensure assets are organized in the correct folder structure and complete per processes.
• Perform quality assurance to verify asset accuracy and metadata completeness.
• Export metadata reports from AEM for audit reviews.
• Review metadata reports to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent metadata and assist with resolution.
• Assist in documenting and following DAM processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Escalate metadata or system issues to Managing Asset Manager.
