Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Junior Final Artwork Designer in Bogotá to collaborate with art directors and project teams, delivering print and digital assets from handoff through final release.

The role requires mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, plus familiarity with Sketch, XD and Figma; ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects while ensuring production-ready files for vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in final artwork.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Sketch, XD and Figma and digital execution processes a plus.
• Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management tools for production use.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
• Ability to design for the digital space: social media apps, Facebook ads, and iMedia units.
• Understanding of all processes and quality control checkpoints from all departments.
• Understanding of how to prep digital files to hand off to vendor: optimizing image files and color settings.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Art Directors, Project Management and Account Management to deliver print & digital assignments from handoff to final release of files.
• Lay out revisions to existing creative files and assist with comping concepts.
• Manage projects and proofs in PM tools.
• Create final templates for clients and internal presentations.
• Analyze creative files to pinpoint production red flags and troubleshoot.
• Prepare files for release to vendors and ensure QA before shipping.
