Kaplan International Languages is seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas, reporting to the Account Manager. This role focuses on strengthening agent partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving enrollments, while supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives in the Colombia and wider LATAM regions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or related field.
• Experience managing external partners or client relationships.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Authorized to work in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual targets for the Americas region.
• Develop and deliver agent training programs and workshops.
• Represent Kaplan International Languages at conferences, workshops, and events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment partners and institutions.
• Maintain CRM records of partner activity and sales opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
