Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) is seeking a Junior Account Representative to drive student recruitment and strengthen agent partnerships across the Americas. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will support regional sales and marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and help increase enrollments.

You will need strong organization, self-motivation, and experience working with international partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or related field.
• Experience managing external partners or client relationships.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual targets in the Americas region and for key relationships.
• Deliver partner training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve knowledge and conversions.
• Represent Kaplan International Languages at conferences, workshops, recruitment fairs, and student events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage new recruitment partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
• Organize presentations for new business prospects and travel to strategically important cities in the Americas.
