The role requires 2 years of experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read technical manuals. You will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, delivering timely IT support and professional service.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
- Proficiency with Macintosh OS and Apple hardware for troubleshooting.
- Experience with Google Workspace and common enterprise tools.
- Ability to research and resolve a wide range of computing issues.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
- Willingness to support multi-location offices.
- Familiar with general cloud software.
- Strong customer service and composure under pressure.

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
- 2 year’s experience
- Proficiency in Macintosh OS and Apple Hardware, troubleshooting, and customer service.
- Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Pro, SalesForce, Microsoft Office
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals.
- Serving multi employee locations.
- Familiar with general cloud software
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate professionalism while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
