SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Job File Coordinator to act as a liaison for customers, identify project requirements, and administer and organize projects while supporting teammates. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced office setting.

The coordinator will work to ensure accurate project documentation, effective communication with stakeholders, and collaboration across departments.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audit, billing and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure thorough project documentation from start to finish.
• Assist with other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, billing and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
