SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Contents Moving Supervisor to coordinate and perform moving and restoration projects on schedule, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. This front-line role requires leadership, safety compliance, and effective communication with technicians and project staff.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, managing materials, documenting job files, and ensuring OSHA guidelines are followed on-site.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 1+ year experience in cleaning/restoration/construction is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction; monitor online reviews.
• Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support services.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Contents Moving Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
