Sonatype is hiring for a Technical Support position in Bogotá, Colombia, where you will debug and troubleshoot incidents, assist in enhancing products, and replicate customer environments for testing.

Formación

• 3+ years experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to read and understand Java code is necessary.
• Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal.
• Very good problem solver with experience interacting with clients on technical challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Debug and troubleshoot incidents with Sonatype products and solutions.
• Replicate customer deployment environments for testing.
• Assist product management in developing and prioritizing enhancement lists.
• Contribute to maintain our Knowledge Base.

Conocimientos

Support complex enterprise software solutions

Read and understand Java code

Experience with Rest APIs

Testing/development of production quality Java web applications

Linux command line tools

SQL databases (PostgreSQL)

Networking (Sockets, HTTP, TLS/SSL)

Scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript)

Major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Application servers (Jetty, Apache, NGINX)
