Sonatype Inc. in Colombia is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to debug and troubleshoot incidents and assist customers with Sonatype products. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions and strong skills in Java code.

Formación

• 3+ years experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to read and understand Java code is necessary.
• Experience with testing or development of production quality Java based web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Debug and troubleshoot incidents with Sonatype products and solutions.
• Assist product management in developing enhancement lists.
• Respond to customer inquiries via support cases, email, chat, and phone.
