Sonatype Inc is looking for a Technical Support professional in Colombia to debug and troubleshoot incidents with their products. You will assist product management in prioritizing enhancements while effectively communicating customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience supporting complex software solutions, proficiency in Java, and strong cloud technology skills. A commitment to inclusivity and diversity is highly valued, with flexible working practices offered.

Formación

• 3+ years experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to read and understand Java code is necessary.
• Experience with networking technologies such as Sockets, HTTP, proxies/firewalls.

Responsabilidades

• Debug and troubleshoot incidents with Sonatype products.
• Assist product management in developing and prioritizing enhancement lists.
• Respond to customer inquiries via support cases and other channels.

Conocimientos

3+ years experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions

Ability to read and understand Java code

Experience using Rest APIs

Experience with testing and development of Java web applications

Solid experience with Linux command line tools

Experience with SQL databases

Experience with networking technologies

Experience with scripting languages

Experience with major cloud platforms

Experience with application servers

Experience with container technology

Exceptional communication skills

Solid English proficiency
