INGEPSY in Pereira, Risaralda, is seeking a Software Engineer with Java and MuleSoft experience to own backend services and support a Case object ecosystem, integrating with Salesforce Service Cloud.

You will troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and document findings in Confluence while collaborating across teams to keep core Java services healthy and reliable.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Backend software engineering experience.
• Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.
• Experience with production monitoring, alert triage, and service/platform health.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving API/integration failures.

Responsabilidades

• Own backend Java services and platform-level engineering supporting the Case object ecosystem, including service logic and data processing.
• Contribute to MuleSoft capabilities and integration layer work across internal daemons.
• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud and integration issues affecting Cases and case workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Triage critical alerts and monitor platform health for core Java services.
• Document findings in Confluence and keep sprint data current.
• Follow DevOps processes and collaborate across teams to complete work on schedule.
