Foundever is seeking an IT System Specialist II in Barranquilla to respond to end-user requests via phone, chat, or in person. You will dispatch and monitor repairs for laptops, printers, and other devices, and collaborate with IT teams to keep systems running smoothly.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to support requests by phone, chat, or in person in a timely manner.
• Dispatch and monitor break/fix repairs for end user devices and peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT departments to support infrastructure and client needs.
• Act as a liaison between business issues and technical teams.
• Provide frontline IT/IS support during and after business hours.
• Properly track, solve, and document all issues with good interpersonal communication.
