adidas in Bogotá is seeking an IT Service Management professional to lead business analysis and change management activities across the organization.

You will collaborate with GOPS, Finance, HR, Brand Marketing, and Wholesale/Retail to ensure services meet SLAs while guiding incident resolution and deployments.

The role requires a four-year degree, 5+ years in IT, 1+ year in management, and strong cross-cultural communication; English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient spoken and written command of English
• At least 5-years’ experience in IT
• 2 years of experience in relevant area
• 1 year of experience in team management
• Understanding of different cultures

Responsabilidades

• Investigates operational needs and problems, contributing to improvements in processes and organization
• Assists in defining acceptance tests for recommendations
• Monitors service delivery performance metrics and liaises with managers and customers to ensure SLAs are not breached without stakeholder planning
• Engages with project management to confirm products meet service acceptance criteria
• Gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocates incidents as appropriate
• May provide early life support and post-implementation support
