Adidas Bogotá is seeking a detail-oriented HR Services professional to perform general administration for defined HR processes, support some payroll activities, and serve as a contact for HR stakeholders across a multinational team.

You will work with SAP HR/OM, SuccessFactors, and other HR systems; produce reports; handle inquiries; and ensure compliance with laws and company policies while contributing to continual improvements in HR Services.

Formación

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail required.
• Experience in HR systems (SAP HR/OM) and MS Office.
• Fluent English (B2) and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Good customer service mindset and ability to handle inquiries.
• Ability to adapt to HR processes and improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general administration within HR Services for defined processes and programs.
• Be a contact person for HR stakeholders regarding HR Services processes.
• Maintain systems using SAP, SuccessFactors and other HR tools.
• Create reports and manage employee system requests.
• Handle inquiries via ticketing, phone, and email.
• Support digitalization and process improvements within HR Services.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies in HR data management.
