Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, storage, and backup environments.
• Working knowledge of Operational Technology environments and devices such as CCTV, OCR, biometric systems, industrial networks, or related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, patch management, system monitoring, and technology governance.
• Ability to document and maintain assets and infrastructure diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT and OT infrastructure for secure, stable operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and network.
• Support upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and modernization initiatives.
• Maintain OT technologies including CCTV, OCR, biometric systems, VMTs, and industrial devices.
• Provide L2/L3 support, root-cause analysis, and escalation when required.
• Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, backups, disaster recovery activities, and monitoring.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, diagrams, procedures.
• Ensure compliance with tech standards, cybersecurity, change management, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, automation, operations, and service quality.
