Job summary

Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. is seeking an IT/OT Specialist to deliver on-site end-user IT support for office and shop-floor environments, including kiosks, printers, conference rooms, and access systems.

You will drive cybersecurity incident response and coordinate with the factory incident response team while ensuring asset protection and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of IT support experience, plus strong English

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 years IT support experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong teamwork and stakeholder management.
Experience with ServiceNow is desirable.
ITIL 4 Certification is considered a strong plus.
Lean Six Sigma (L6S) Certification is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user IT support for factory or site-owned and managed assets.
Provide onsite IT support for office IT and shop floor IT/OT assets.
Perform operational IT/OT cybersecurity tasks.
Identify critical assets within the factory environment that require monitoring and protection.
Support compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
Act as first responder for IT/OT cybersecurity incidents with the cybersecurity team.
