AgileEngine, LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on‑premise and cloud environments in Cartagena, Colombia.

You will deploy secure, fault‑tolerant infrastructure, lead projects, manage vendors, and ensure 24x7 operations for US & EMEA markets. Remote options may be available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infra.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Cloud compute and storage experience (AWS & Azure) with cloud-first approach.
• Experience in a SOX-regulated environment and DR/BC planning.
• Experience with Office 365 suite and collaboration tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• - 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• - Network Equipment Experience: hands‑on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• - Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• - Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• - Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• - Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• - Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• - Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• - Experience with patch deployment required.
• - Self‑sufficient, self‑managed, self‑motivated, must be effective working independently.

• - Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
• - Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office‑based workforces.
