Job summary

AgileEngine seeks an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support networks, servers and storage across on-prem and cloud environments. You’ll lead secure, fault-tolerant solutions and drive projects across multiple teams, ensuring global operations run smoothly.

Requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networks, servers, and storage; experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper; AWS/Azure; and SOX-regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• SOX-compliant environment experience is required.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity experience.
• Office 365 services (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Patch deployment experience is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growth environment.
• Vendor management experience with hardware/software/services.
• Experience operating in a 24x7 international company (US & EMEA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as an internal escalation point for day to day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead infrastructure, systems and application projects.
• Device lifecycle support – vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, documentation.
• Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting.
• Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.
