AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networks, servers, and storage, plus expertise with AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure).
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company.
• Experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as internal escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across infrastructure landscape.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure projects.
• Device lifecycle support including vulnerability remediation and firmware upgrades.
• Vendor management for hardware, software and services.
• Help define and execute enterprise infrastructure strategy.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.
