Ingenium Career is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to support technology operations in a multinational environment. The role is hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include onsite/remote support, AD management, Windows/Microsoft 365, network troubleshooting and basic security practices. 14-month project with potential extension.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory
• Knowledge of Windows, networking and Microsoft 365
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Manage users and basic permissions in Active Directory
• Provide basic support for Windows Server
• Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN and Wi‑Fi issues
• Support printers and other peripherals
• Manage and follow up on IT tickets
• Apply basic IT security practices, including antivirus, MFA and access control
• Communicate with users and vendors in English
• Participate in technical meetings and handle emails, tickets and documentation in English

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join a multinational company and support its technology operations in an international environment.

COP $4,000,000 – $5,000,000 + statutory benefits, depending on experience and technical expertise.

14-month project with potential for extension.

Your responsibilities

Requirements

• Technical degree or technology degree in IT, Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Alternatively, students in their 7th semester or above in a related professional program.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Windows, networking and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Adaptability and customer-oriented mindset.
