Hyland seeks an experienced IT Project Manager in Colombia to partner with I&O teams, organize complex infrastructure work, and drive Agile practices. You will ensure work aligns with roadmaps and business needs, acting as a servant leader to keep teams focused and delivering value.

The role requires cloud and data center migration experience, Jira planning, and strong English communication across global teams. A CS M/PSM I certification is preferred; this is not an entry-level role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Strong experience in Agile environments with a first-level Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I).
• Experience leading cloud and infrastructure migration projects; familiarity with cloud environments, data centers, virtualization, and monitoring/observability solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to collaborate across global, multi-cultural teams and time zones.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with professional integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, reviews) to keep teams organized and delivering value.
• Manage infrastructure-focused projects including cloud and data center migrations using strong PM and Agile practices.
• Plan, track, and organize work in Jira with clear backlogs, dependencies, risks, and documentation.
• Partner with technical teams to support cloud migrations, virtualization, monitoring, server, storage, and data center technologies.
• Act as a connector between infrastructure teams and the business across departments (Cyber Security, Compliance, R&D, Sales, Services, Technical Support).
• Promote continuous improvement and transparency through clear reporting on workload drivers, incidents, disruptions, and team capacity.
