EXL is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure, cloud, networking, and managed services initiatives. You will partner with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction in a complex, multi-service environment.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in MSP, cloud or networking contexts, strong cross-functional leadership, and advanced English communication.

Formación

• 7+ years of PM experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience with MSPs or MSP-like environments.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, networking and datacenters.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration with engineering, ops, sales, finance and customer success.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• PM certifications such as PMP/ PMI-ACP or Scrum Master preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, and managed services projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive presentations.
• Drive process improvements, project management best practices, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with technical teams and network engineers to understand project dependencies, risks, and implementation requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and managed services initiatives, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a strong background in project/program management within managed services, cloud, infrastructure, or networking environments, as well as the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver business-critical projects on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, and managed services projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive presentations.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Prior experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), managed infrastructure services organizations, cloud service providers, or networking companies (must)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, networking, and datacenter environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and the ability to work effectively alongside network engineers and infrastructure teams.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or managed services delivery projects.
• Exposure to VMware technologies, datacenter infrastructure, telecommunications, or network operations.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other Project Management certifications.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in highly technical environments.
