Hyland is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to partner with Infrastructure & Operations teams, organize complex work, run Agile ceremonies, and align priorities with business needs. This role emphasizes servant leadership and clear, visible work tracking across roadmaps and operations.

You will lead agile ceremonies, manage cloud and data center migration projects, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• IT project management experience supporting infrastructure or operations teams.
• Experience in Agile environments with a Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies — including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews — to keep teams organized, focused, and delivering value.
• Manage infrastructure-focused projects, including cloud and data center migrations, using strong project management and Agile practices.
• Plan, track, and organize work in Jira, ensuring clear backlogs, dependencies, risks, and documentation.
• Partner with technical teams to support initiatives involving cloud migrations, virtualization, monitoring/observability, and storage technologies.
• Act as a connector between infrastructure teams and the business, collaborating across departments including R&D, QA, Development, Sales, and Technical Support.
• Promote continuous improvement, reduce distractions, and improve transparency through clear reporting on workload drivers, incidents, disruptions, and team capacity.
