Sutherland is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of projects for external clients, coordinating cross-functional teams across the globe. The role emphasizes on-time, on-budget delivery with strong governance and risk management.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience in a matrix environment, with international clients, and a background in software/consulting projects. Hybrid work model in Bogotá is offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of PM experience leading teams in a matrix environment, with international clients.
• Experience delivering software/consulting projects to external clients.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager.
• Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic external projects.
• PMP Certification desirable
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in systems engineering or related fields.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
