Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Freight (DGFF) Global Service Center is hiring for an Associate Industrial Projects role focused on accurate data entry and PO processing. You will verify orders, update shipment details, and maintain comprehensive records across MMS and related systems.

The position requires attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and good communication across organizational levels. English B1–B2 is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Understanding of transportation or freight forwarding preferred
• English language ability at B1–B2 level

Responsibilities

• Use search grids to identify consolidations and shipments to process.
• Enhance the Details Tab to keep shipment data accurate and up to date.
• Confirm milestones and adjust the Consol/Shipments Costing Tab as needed.
• Search for shipments in CW1 using container numbers from release documents.
• Upload carrier release documents in the e-Docs Tab to maintain records.
• Validate information to align with carrier and operational standards.
• Dispatch arrival notices to brokers or customers promptly and clearly.
• Monitor shipment processing workflow for accuracy and efficiency.
