Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Barranquilla team. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat from our on-site location in Barranquilla, focusing on inbound voice interactions and first-contact resolution where possible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.
