adidas in Funza, Colombia is seeking a Logistics/SCM professional to coordinate inbound and returns processes with 3PL partners. You will ensure timely information flow, quality control, and efficient use of SAP and WMS systems.

The role requires strong planning, analytics, and collaboration with regional teams. Responsibilities include maintaining policy compliance, validating invoices, and driving process improvements in replenishment and performance metrics at the fulfilment center.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
• SCM or Logistics specialization completed.
• SAP and/or WMS experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics/SCM.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the receiving process at the fulfilment center and prepare visibility for the 3PL.
• Coordinate the Returns process ensuring interfaces with SAP/WMS and correct postings in SAP.
• Monitor Returns per channel productivity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with returns policies by training operational personnel and 3PL teams.
• Register and report status of returns and claims on DocuSign, Salesforce, and adiComp.
• Follow up replenishment productivity and optimize resources.
• Support 3PL in system and process improvement projects with deadlines met.
• Validate inbound services to approve 3PL invoices.
