Incluyeme seeks an Associate Manager, Warehouse and Logistics to oversee 3PLs, outbound transport, and external warehousing, ensuring KPI compliance and high standards. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics.
• Proven experience managing 3PLs and performance management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor 3PL performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and KPIs.
• Support corrective actions to resolve operational issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory management, shipping accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Communicate, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management policies to avoid stockouts, reduce holding costs, and support kitting operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and align logistics activities with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost, quality, and service, while ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare performance reports and support senior management in decision‑making and strategic planning.
