Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior SAP IBP specialist in Medellín, Colombia, to design, implement and optimize SAP IBP planning solutions across DP, SP, S&OP and IO. The role includes integrating CIDS/RTI frameworks and collaborating with Finance, BW and broader SAP teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in supply chain planning and at least 3–5 years hands-on SAP IBP experience, with strong analytics and communication skills to bridge business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience supporting supply chain planning environments.
• 3–5 years hands-on SAP IBP experience with strong technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain SAP IBP solutions including DP, SP, S&OP and IO.
• Support and enhance CIDS and RTI integration frameworks.
• Configure planning areas, master data types, attributes, key figures, planning operators, time profiles and alerts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Finance and BW teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues while ensuring system stability, accuracy and performance.
• Develop and improve SAP IBP Analytics Stories and reporting capabilities.
• Support upgrades, testing activities, deployments and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows and support materials.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support for planners across the organization.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP IBP and broader SAP ecosystem components (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, APO).
• Participate in planning system modernization initiatives and roadmaps.

• Support and enhance CIDS and RTI integration frameworks.
• Configure planning areas, master data types, attributes, key figures, planning operators, time profiles and alerts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Finance and BW teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues while ensuring system stability, accuracy and performance.
• Develop and improve SAP IBP Analytics Stories and reporting capabilities.
• Support upgrades, testing activities, deployments and system enhancements.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, combined with 5-10 years of experience supporting supply chain planning environments.
