NeoWork is seeking a highly experienced IFS Techno-Functional Platform Specialist to optimize the IFS Cloud environment across configuration, extensibility, integrations and platform administration. This is a remote, home-based role with collaboration across US-based teams.

The candidate will configure Aurena, manage extensibility, handle security, and oversee upgrades and troubleshooting in a complex enterprise setting. Strong communication and independent work ability are essential.

Competenze

Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud / IFS Applications.
Deep experience in IFS configuration, extensibility, and platform administration.
Experience with Aurena, custom fields, custom actions, events, workflows, and projections.
Strong knowledge of IFS security model (users, roles, permissions, access control).
Experience supporting IFS upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience with IFS Connect, integrations, queues, and routing rules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within ERP environments.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based teams.

Mansioni

Configure and support IFS Cloud platform (Aurena client, page designer, custom fields, custom actions).
Manage IFS extensibility framework (custom events, workflows, business process automation, projections).
Administer security including users, roles, permission sets, and access control.
Manage background jobs, scheduled tasks, report routing, and system configurations.
Support IFS upgrades, service updates, environment readiness, regression validation, and rollback planning.
Support configuration and optimization of native and extended IFS functionality.
Partner with IT/IS teams and business stakeholders on prioritization and solution design.
Coordinate platform changes, enhancements, and system improvements.
Document configurations, integrations, workflows, and technical procedures.
