Hewlett Packard Enterprise Colombia is seeking a Distribution Business Manager Networking to lead partner-driven sales and revenue initiatives in the networking portfolio. This hybrid role requires you to work from an HPE office about two days per week.

You will build joint plans with partners, drive pipeline and profitability, and align local execution with global strategy. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of selling experience, strong account management, and the ability to articulate value

Formación

• University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–5+ years of selling experience.
• Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems.

Responsabilidades

• Provides resources and guidance to Partners on where to play within emerging trends in Partner’s ecosystem in alignment with HPE business priorities.
• Drives end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts with the Partner.
• Articulates both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively 'sell with', 'sell to', and 'sell through' the Partner.
• Develops knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, and communicates value of HPE portfolios.
• Demonstrates business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships with Partners to grow HPE market share.
• Coordinates HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging HPE specialists, including sales cadence, education, marketing, and client engagements.
• Enacts day-to-day HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes.
• Tailors selling solutions to fit the needs of the partner’s customer profile including HPE products and technology alliances.
• May recruit and develop business relationships with new partners and monitor Partner sales floor.
