Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Bogota seeks a Sr. Technical Service Advisor to lead post-sales technical support for HPE Networking within large enterprises. You will collaborate with engineering and services teams to ensure delivery against SLAs and milestones.

Hybrid role requiring two days per week in an HPE office. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IP/MPLS networks, ITIL knowledge, and hands-on data-center experience.

Formación

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and solving problems in state-of-the-art Datacenter IP/MPLS networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science; MBA an advantage.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is valuable.
• HPE Networking certifications or equivalents are helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Represent HPE Networking customer service to the customer and back to Juniper.
• Serve as single point of contact for post-sales service issues and coordinate with partners and account teams.
• Support alignment to services sales and product sales activities; track and manage care deliverables.
• Escalate critical issues and facilitate resolutions with HPE Networking support teams.
• Coordinate service delivery across the account and maintain the service plan with SBM.
• Conduct periodic reviews of service delivery metrics and ITIL-based reporting.
